Bronco Projects

Note: Project requests submitted from June 29 to August 31 will be placed on hold until September, unless we determine that they are able to be completed by our Trades in-house without Project Management support. Due to current workload, our Project Management staff are at capacity for the remainder of the summer. Thank you for your patience as we focus on current projects in construction and prepare for fall semester start. If you have questions please contact Eleonora Philopoulos, Facilities Management - Director for Design & Construction at Eleonora.philopoulos@wmich.edu.

You are encouraged to still fill out the below form to have your project request placed in our system and allow us to plan for fall workload assignment and forecast Project Management needs.

All modifications or upgrades to space, procurement/installation of furnishings and equipment, and design studies require project management services.

To learn more about project design and construction process as well as WMU project management fees, please visit our website.

Assignment of projects typically occurs each Monday and will continue for internal projects which can be performed by our Trades without Project Management support.

We look forward to working with you to achieve your goals and vision.
