Please fill out the below form to have your project request placed in our system.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and assigned a Project Manager (PM). The PM will oversee and coordinate the project with you from start to finish. All modifications or upgrades to space, procurement/installation of furnishings and equipment, and design studies require project management services.

Assignment of projects typically occurs each Monday. If you do not hear from us, please contact the FM Service Center at (269) 387-8514.
During periods where we receive a significant increase of project requests, requests will be prioritized based on their urgency, impact on student success and available resources.
Projects will be referred to the Space Advisory Committee (SAC) when space assignment and re-assignment meets one of the following criteria:
- Crosses divisions
- Requires space renovation that equals or exceeds $1 million
- Changes the primary function of a room whether within or across departments/divisions
- New construction requests.
