Please fill out the below form to have your project request placed in our system.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and assigned a Project Manager (PM). The PM will oversee and coordinate the project with you from start to finish. Design support is available through WMU. Design work does require funding to proceed. Once design work is complete, the PM will continue to lead the project through construction to completion.

Assignment of projects typically occurs each Monday. If you do not hear from us, please contact the FM Service Center at (269) 387-8514.
During periods where we receive a significant increase of project requests, requests will be prioritized based on their urgency, impact on student success and available resources.
Departments and/or divisions must engage the Space Advisory Committee (SAC) when space assignment and re-assignment meets one of the following criteria:
- Crosses divisions
- Requires space renovation that equals or exceeds $1 million
- Changes the primary function of a room whether within or across departments/divisions
- New construction requests.
